Extra channels

Not everyone calls. Almost everyone messages.

Your customer decides how to get in touch: a quick call, a WhatsApp message, a DM on Instagram or an email. For you that is four places to keep an eye on — and three of them get left unanswered.

With the Extra channels module the same brain answers on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM and email. The same rules, the same calendar.

In pilot

In pilot means: built and tested, not live by default. We switch this module on per customer after a guided start — listening in on a few real conversations before anything runs unattended.

Two switches, both off by default. You switch the module on in your portal, and we have to have released it platform-wide. If either one is missing the module does nothing — no half measures, no button that quietly does nothing.

The price is on the price list, because that is a commercial choice. Saying it “already runs at customers” would be untrue — which is exactly why this block is here.

One brain, more doors

Unlike a separate chatbot, this doesn’t add a second system. The channels talk to exactly the same Voxori that answers your phone: the same knowledge base, the same calendar, the same rule that nothing is claimed unless it is certain.

If someone books an appointment over WhatsApp, it lands in the same calendar as a booking made by phone. There is no moment where two channels give away the same slot.

We switch each channel on separately, because each channel needs its own connection: a WhatsApp number, a Facebook page, a linked Instagram Business account or an inbound email address.

What it does

Extra channels, concretely.

WhatsApp

Questions and bookings through the app your customer is already in. Answered with the same rules as on the phone.

Facebook Messenger

Messages through your Facebook page get an answer instead of sitting there for a day.

Instagram DM

The DMs that come in after a post get a reply — even when you are not in the app yourself.

Email

Incoming customer email is answered with the same anti-hallucination rules. What is not certain is not claimed.

One calendar for all of it

Whatever is booked through a channel sits in the same calendar as a phone appointment. No double bookings between channels.

Conversations you can read back

Every conversation lands in your overview, whatever the channel. You see what was said without opening four apps.

Honestly bounded

What to know before you get excited

Extra channels is the most requested module, and the one with the most conditions:

Every channel needs its own connection. WhatsApp needs a number, Messenger and Instagram need a Facebook page, email needs an inbound address. Without that connection the switch does nothing — and we say so.

It goes channel by channel, not in one go. We switch channels on separately after a guided start. Turning on four channels at once without anyone watching is exactly how you send one wrong answer four times.

It is not social media management. Voxori answers messages. She does not publish posts, does not reply to public comments and does not manage your account.

What does it cost?

Extra channels is a separate module on top of Voxori Base (€79/mo) at +€44/mo, and it is included in Voxori Complete (€319/mo). You never pay more than the Voxori Complete price: stack modules beyond that amount and you get Voxori Complete. €0 setup, cancel monthly, prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Extra channels.

Can I switch on WhatsApp only?

Yes. The channels are independent of each other; you switch on what you use. The module covers all four, but you don’t have to switch on more than one.

Does the AI answer differently than on the phone?

The rules are identical — the same knowledge base, the same calendar, the same limit that nothing is invented. The tone is a little shorter, because written text reads differently from spoken text.

Can someone book an appointment over WhatsApp?

Yes, and it lands in the same calendar as a phone appointment. That is also why no double booking can arise between channels.

What do I need to start?

Something different per channel: a WhatsApp number, a Facebook page (also for Instagram, through a linked Business account) or an inbound email address. We set that up together.

What does “in pilot” mean?

Built and tested, but behind two locks: you switch the channel on and we have to have released it platform-wide. We do that per customer, after a guided start with real messages.
