What does setup cost?
Nothing — €0. We set everything up for you, free: phone number, calendar connection, industry template and forwarding routes. There is no setup invoice.
What does 'all-inclusive' mean exactly?
The price you see is the price you pay: telephony, AI, calendar booking, SMS confirmations and transcripts are included. No separate call charges, no platform fees, no fee per booked appointment.
How does the price ceiling work?
Your software never costs more than Voxori Complete (€319/mo). Stack modules beyond that amount and you automatically get Complete with everything in it. And if a month of Flex minutes exceeds €319, you simply pay €319. One thing sits outside it on purpose: Fully Managed is a service — our people doing the work — and is added separately at €150.
Is there a minute cap on subscriptions?
No. Base and Complete have no minute cap (fair use — meant for normal business call volumes, not call centres). Only Flex bills per minute, metered per second.
How do I cancel?
Monthly, no penalty. Cancel by email, no later than 7 days before the end of the current month — the subscription then ends at the end of that month. No long contracts.
What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, we refund the subscription fee paid in full upon written request, within 14 days. The guarantee covers the subscription fee, once per customer. See article 4 of the terms.
Do prices include VAT?
No — Voxori is a business service (B2B); all listed prices exclude VAT.
